We’ve got a great new class on our schedule: Inferno Hot Pilates!
You’re probably thinking ‘what is Inferno Hot Pilates?!’ Well, it’s a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is performed in a room that is heated to 95 degrees Farenheit and 40% humidity. It’s an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Sound good? Why not come and try it Wednesday at 12pm or Sunday at 3pm!
